Under Armor was founded in 1996. Its founder was former American football player from the University of Maryland, Kevin Plank. During demanding training sessions, he was bothered by the fact that the traditional cotton T-shirt he wore under his equipment made him sweat very quickly, which was unpleasant. That's why he came up with a plan to make top-quality t-shirts that will be compressive and at the same time will remove unpleasant sweat from the body. T-shirts that will help the body regulate body temperature and increase performance.
