Packages exceeding 70cm in length or 5kg in weight cannot be delivered to the delivery point.

After the shipment has been delivered to your chosen delivery point, you will receive an SMS and an email with a password. From now on, you can pick it up at any time within 7 days.

• Maximum shipment weight: 5 kg
• Maximum dimension of one side of the shipment: 50 cm
• Maximum sum of the dimensions of all three sides of the parcel: 120 cm (e.g. parcel with dimensions 50×40×30 cm)
• Minimum package dimensions: 10 × 7 × 1 cm

Redirection of the shipment - We do not redirect shipments by default in order to avoid complications during their delivery (longer delivery time / loss...). For this reason, he cannot forward the recipient's shipments in the application - it is always necessary for the recipient to contact us and request a change in a specific shipment by email to info@packeta.com
