Advantages of Glue-On technology:

2. Resistance to damage : Helmets made with this technology are more resistant to mechanical wear.

3. Lightness : Glue-On technology allows for the production of helmets with lower weight, which is important for comfort on long rides.

4. Aesthetic appearance : The smooth surface of the helmet is attractive and at the same time practical because it is easier to clean.

Antisect mesh - the front openings of the helmet are covered with a mesh that prevents unpleasant insects from entering under the helmet while riding a bicycle.

In helmets produced with InMold technology, the mesh is inserted between the EPS and PC layer and pressed directly in the production process.

Circumference adjust technology - the helmet only protects if it is correctly fitted and has the correct size. However, it is not possible to make a helmet that would be suitable for all sizes and shapes of the head it is supposed to protect. Therefore, helmets are usually produced in two basic sizes, and for accurate size adjustment, an adjustment system is used, usually located in the back of the helmet, which allows you to fine-tune the size of the helmet so that the helmet does not press, but at the same time holds firmly on the head.

HQBC helmets use different types of swivel systems that are reliable, easy to access and adjustable with two fingers. In addition, most systems allow, in addition to size adjustment, system height adjustment in two or three positions. Adjusting the height of the rear clamp is important for both comfort and safety. By adjusting the height of the system upwards, you can prevent the pressure of the entire fastening behind the ears, or by moving it downwards, you can allow a tighter fit of the helmet.

Lightweight technology - selected HQBC products are constructed with innovative technologies that bring, in addition to higher safety, other benefits, such as weight reduction. Products that weigh less than when standard manufacturing processes and materials are used are divided by the HQBC brand into two categories:

• EXTREME LIGHTWEIGHT - products with significantly lower weight (for example, with CONEHEAD technology for helmets)

• LIGHTWEIGHT - products with a lower weight, where lightweight accessories are used (clamping mechanism on the helmet, removable padding on the sides of the glasses, etc.)

PVC shell - PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is used as a material for the helmet shell, mainly for more economical models. The shell and body of the helmet are produced separately and are joined by gluing during the production process. It is the oldest helmet production technology and is mainly used for children's helmets. PVC is not resistant to high temperatures and is damaged at temperatures higher than 70°C.

Reflective technology - in addition to head protection, helmets should also contribute to the rider's overall safety, which is especially important in poor visibility and low light conditions. HQBC helmets are equipped with reflective elements in the back of the helmet or on the fastening mechanism.
