InMold technology - helmets made with InMold technology are light and yet strong enough to withstand impact. With InMold technology, a layer of pre-vacuum formed PC is inserted directly into the mold and injected with EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), which forms the basis of the helmet. PC and EPS are firmly connected, creating a single compact unit and greater impact resistance by distributing the force of the impact over a larger area of the head and reducing the risk of injury. Helmets made in this way can be light, have very rugged shapes and at the same time meet demanding safety requirements.
