Kayland men's shoes. Hiking shoes in an attractive color combination in a low cut, suitable for summer hiking or via ferrata. The mountain suede boots are abrasion-resistant with the ALS system, which firmly fixes the foot in all circumstances. The outdoor shoes have an asymmetrical lacing extended to the toe, which allows a good release of the foot and, together with the reinforcement on the heel and toe, guarantees an excellent fit of the foot.

Low hiking boots for men have a microporous foam midsole. It dissipates shocks perfectly and reduces the strain on the foot and joints. Hiking shoes with Vibram ® Gravity sole are enriched with MegaGrip, for perfect adhesion to the terrain and there are softer zones on the toe and heel, for example for climbing. The Gore-Tex @ membrane ensures waterproofness and breathability at the same time.

Technology:

EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) - The material most commonly used to make midsoles. The molded EVA is heated in the mold and compressed to form a midsole. It is light, elastic and has good damping properties.

GORE-TEX® - Gore-Tex® membrane contains more than 1.4 billion microscopic pores per cm2. These pores are 20,000 times smaller than water droplets, but 7,000 times larger than a molecule of water vapor. Therefore, the Gore-Tex® membrane does not allow moisture from the outside environment, and at the same time it perfectly wicks away body sweat.

Ankle Lock system : It is an exclusive Kayland system that allows precise and secure closure of the ankle and at the same time guarantees the possibility of natural movement.

Vibram®Gravity: Higher quality softer specially developed for Kayland. Gravity brings the ideal balance of the two mixtures Magagrip and Idrogrip.

  • Magagrip = better stability and durability in diverse terrain; has excellent grip in both wet and dry environments.
  • Idrogrip = is especially sticky and safe in the technical parts of the rock and rubble ascent. The softer compound on the toe and heel of the shoe is ideal for better grip and braking on the descent.
