In addition to their lightness, I especially appreciate the ease of length adjustment on these Nordic poles. There is no need to twist unnecessarily (sometimes endlessly), just set and turn on the clip, which saves time (and sometimes also nerves, since not much force is needed to twist and untwist the parts, which makes them ideal for seniors as well).
