The Basso Diamante is impressively stiff without any flex in the center console area. The front end and fork withstand strong braking forces well. It's perfect for days in the hills with lots of long climbs and fast descents. If you're spending time on the flat, then the riding position isn't as extreme as it looks with the front end tucked in. The geometry of the frame balances this out well.

The overall comfort is very good for such a stiff frame and is also helped by a well-chosen front kit. This is a bike you could easily spend many hours on.

Like most road bikes, the Diamante includes full internal cable and hose routing, but unlike many others, it's compatible with both electronic and mechanical shifting kits.

All cables and hoses are routed into the handlebars and stem and down into the head tube, reappearing only where needed. There's no doubt that it makes for one very clean bike.
