PRODUCT COMPLAINT - How should I proceed with a complaint?


Status of my claim:

Complaint during transport

Despite the fact that the goods are packed safely and in such a way as to minimize the possibility of damage during transport, it may happen that such damage to the packaging or the goods themselves occurs during transport. If you discover damage to the packaging when receiving the goods, check the completeness of the shipment, or check the integrity of the goods. If the goods are mechanically damaged, do not accept the shipment and write a Damage Report with the carrier. At the same time, we ask you to send an informational email to so that we learn about this fact as soon as possible and can subsequently deal with it. We will then contact you about the next procedure.

If you discover damage only after receiving the goods, notify us of this fact via formular , which you fill out and send together with the goods within 48 hours.

Reclaiming goods during the warranty period

If your product has a defect that is covered by the warranty, please fill in a form and send it to us together with the claimed goods to the below postal address of the operator of the online store. Send the goods clean. Do not forget all the necessary documents that are necessary for the processing and resolution of your complaint (original invoice, proof of payment, warranty card).

Do not send the goods on cash on delivery, the carrier will return the package to the sender.

Commodity advertising and warranty

The warranty period for all goods in our offer is 24 months. Claims can only be made on goods purchased in the EXIsport

The warranty period begins on the day the buyer takes over the goods. Submit the claim immediately and without unnecessary delay and do not use the claimed product any further.

Send the form as soon as possible and enclose it directly with the product when sending it.

The claimed goods must be delivered to our postal address. We resolve complaints within 30 days. In the case of a defect that can be removed, the complaint is terminated by handing over the repaired goods (removal of the defect) or by exchanging the goods.
