The company V + J OBUV, s.r.o. was founded in 1993 for the purpose of wholesale footwear. During its existence , the company has built a very strong position on the footwear market in both the Czech and Slovak Republics . Its business partners are Slovak and Czech retail stores.

​Since 2003, the company has been based in Štepánovy near České Budějovice , where the company's central distribution warehouse is also located. The brand deals in the production of footwear such as:
