COXA CARRY
The idea to create a backpack that neither restricts movement nor presses on the skin was born in 1968. The main creator of the idea was Claes Bergkvist , who was a young scout on a hike at the time.
The solution to this challenge finally emerged during a mountain hike in Italy in 2008. Claes bought a sewing machine and the first prototypes were developed in the basement to later evolve into its final form, a carrying system that shifts the entire weight from the shoulders to the hips and allows full mobility without chafing or pressure.
In 2012, the carrier system was patented and Coxa Carry AB was created with the ambition to develop a world-class backpack.
Today, Coxa has a whole range of backpacks , including a hydration pack and a range of accessories with the clear aim of improving comfort and performance for users. The Coxa carry brand is also a trendsetter in the field of kidneys. Coxa carry leggings are designed with an emphasis on functionality for various sports and outdoor activities.
