Have you purchased a product in our e-shop and would you like to exchange it? We will advise you on how to proceed when exchanging goods. You can exchange the goods within 14 days of delivery. After this date, it is not possible to exchange the goods. If you exchange the product for a different size and the price of the product has increased, we will exchange the product for a different size at the same price as you bought it.
What goods can be exchanged
You can exchange goods for the following reasons:
- the size or cut does not suit you
- you do not like the color of the goods
- you do not like the product
What goods cannot be exchanged
Based on the general terms and conditions, it is not possible to return:
- goods enclosed in protective packaging, which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging was broken after delivery
- goods that, due to their characteristics, cannot be returned. Such goods are e.g. impregnation and cleaning agents, footwear treatment agents, underwear, swimwear
- goods which, due to their nature, may be inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
How to proceed when exchanging goods - by sending the goods by post or courier:
If you want to exchange goods for goods of a different size or color, fill out the form - Form for exchange of goods. The address of the seller (our e-shop) is already filled in the form. The fields that must be filled in are listed in the form. Data such as the buyer's first and last name and the like can be entered directly into the form.
Print this form and send it along with the invoice and the goods you want to exchange to our address:

Do not send the goods on cash on delivery, because the carrier will return the package to you. The processing time of the application may be extended by the collection period intended for the storage of the package.
Note: Wrap the original box of the goods or other original packaging of the goods in another package and only then stick or write the address. The original box or other packaging must not be damaged or devalued in any other way.
After the goods you want to exchange have been delivered back to us in Košice, Slovakia, we will check the goods. If it meets all the requirements we require, the product will be exchanged for a product of a different size or color. In our e-shop, we will create an order for you for the goods of the size you require and send you an e-mail about it. Subsequently, the goods will be delivered to you within 14 working days.
If we do not have the goods for exchange in stock (required size or color), we will refund your money.
How to pack the goods
The goods you want to exchange:
- must be in the original packaging (box)
- must have original tags
- must not be damaged (torn)
- there must be no stains on it
- no part of the goods must be missing
Badly packaged goods make it difficult to identify and slow down the return of money to the customer. Damaged goods will not be reimbursed to the customer.
How the goods should be properly packed
The goods you want to exchange back must be in the original packaging. Shoes (sneakers, boots) must be packed in the original box. The box must not be torn, broken or dirty.
The box must have the original label with information about the goods.
The goods inside the box must be packed in the original packaging. The goods must have original tags that are not damaged or torn.
Clothing such as jacket, sweatshirt, T-shirt, pants, etc. they must be packed in the original packaging. The original tag must be part of the package. These tags must not be damaged or torn.
Goods such as a helmet must be packed in the original box. The box must have the original label with information about the goods.
Inside the box, the goods must be in their original packaging.
The goods must have original tags that are not damaged.
What does an improperly packaged product look like?
Sneakers, shoes, boots, etc. they must not be returned in a plastic bag without the original original box. Footwear must not be worn, damaged, torn or dirty. The original tags must not be missing.
Shoes and other goods sent in a box must be returned in the original box. The box must not be damaged, torn or dirty. Before sending, wrap the box with the goods in paper and write the address of the sender and the address of the recipient on this paper. Never write the address directly on the original box.
The original box must not be taped. The product information label must not be damaged.
Multiple pairs of shoes may not be returned in one plastic bag. Each pair of shoes (sneakers, flip flops) must be separately packed in the original packaging together with tags.
The clothes must not be wrinkled in the packaging. The packaging in which you want to return the goods must be original. The goods must not be missing the original tags.
Clothing must not be worn, damaged, torn. Individual parts of clothing, such as zippers, must not be damaged either.
If you want to return several items of clothing at once, each item of clothing must be in its original packaging with tags. Multiple items of clothing may not be packed in one plastic bag.
Goods such as beans must not be damaged. No parts must be missing from the goods. The goods must be packed in the original packaging.
