We have launched a Loyalty Program for our customers, thanks to which they can enjoy various benefits related to it. The first advantage is loyalty prices. Everyone who signs up gets a virtual loyalty card with an original number, thanks to which he can claim loyalty prices. The customer will not receive a physical card.

How to sign up for the loyalty program

You can sign up for the loyalty program in several ways:

Note: A registered customer does not automatically mean a loyal customer. If you want to use the benefits of the loyalty program, you must confirm your interest after logging in to your profile. In the left menu, select the "Loyalty program" option and fill in the required data. Then confirm your interest with the green button.

After registering in the loyalty system, a new window will appear with information about your registration, including the loyalty card number with EAN.

Benefits of loyal customers

The main benefits of loyal customers are loyalty prices. Loyalty prices are exclusive prices for which only our loyal customers can buy goods online. They are marked in blue on the product card after signing up for the loyalty program. Loyalty prices are for selected products, their validity may be limited in time. Loyalty prices can be continuously changed and supplemented and you can claim them when ordering online.

  • Thousands of loyalty prices - we are constantly adding, changing and adapting them to your requirements. As our loyal customer, you get truly exclusive prices on selected products. Thousands of loyalty prizes are already available for loyal customers. We will constantly increase their quantity and add goods with loyalty prices.
  • Extended range of brands - after signing up for the loyalty program, you have access to all brands from our offer. Some are intended only for our loyal customers and you cannot access them without registration.
  • Extended range of products / models - some product models are intended exclusively for our loyal customers. They will be made available to you after signing up for the loyalty program.
  • 44 days to return for loyal customers - EXIsport offers its loyal customers another advantage. Extended period for returning goods purchased in the e-shop. We have extended the statutory period of 14 days for all loyal customers by another 30 days. So if you decide that you want to return the purchased goods to us, you have up to 44 days to decide.
  • You can check the status of your order online - if you are interested in the status of your order, you can check it online in your account. You can also find out the status of the order on this link.
  • Invoices for online orders - all invoices for your completed orders are also online in your account. You don't have to archive the purchase documents or store them somewhere. They will always be accessible and at hand in your account.
  • Faster replacement and claim processing

After logging into your account, you can select the "Loyalty prices" option in the left menu called "Marking". After clicking on it, you will get a list of all products for which blue loyalty prices are currently valid. You can see the price after clicking on a specific product on its product card.

How can I claim the loyalty price when purchasing via the e-shop

The loyalty price is displayed automatically after a loyal customer logs in to our online store. Under the loyalty price, you can also see the original and current price for regular customers. Loyalty prices only apply to online orders through our e-shop. If you are logged in, loyalty prices are automatically transferred to the basket with the selected product.

How do I know I'm currently logged into my account?

A customer who is currently logged in to their account sees the name under which they logged in next to the icon in the top right.
If you are a registered customer - the icon and name are green.

A customer who is logged out is not registered, does not see his name and can log in again by clicking on the stick figure icon.

Loyal EXIsport customers can upload their card to the Stocard application. You can download the application to your mobile for free. You will have all your loyalty cards together. The cards will be in one place, but not in your wallet, but in your mobile phone. You can find the application, for example, HERE.
