FAQ: Order status

Every customer of EXIsport, registered or not, has the opportunity to track the status of their order. You can thus check whether the order has been sent to you, whether it is being processed, etc.

You placed the order as UNREGISTERED and then REGISTERED

If you created and confirmed an order as a non-registered customer and only registered afterwards, you can view the status of your order in your account.
You will see all orders there:

  • status of orders created after registration (after clicking on the order, you can also see the details of the order - list of ordered goods, method of payment...)
  • status of orders created before your registration - as a non-registered customer - as a guest (order details cannot be seen)

Registered customer

A registered customer can track the status of his order after logging into his account. After clicking on "Order history" in the left menu, a list of your orders that you have made will open. For each of them, the current order status is:

• shipped

• is being processed

• cancelled

• and other...

Unregistered customer - as a guest

An unregistered customer can find out the status of his order in two ways:

The first way:

In the order confirmation email that you received after it was created, you will find a link called "Guest tracking" at the bottom. After clicking on the link, a window will appear in which you need to enter the order number and your email.

After confirming on "Send", you will see the status of your order, where you can see whether it has been processed, shipped, etc.

The second way:

If you are a non-registered customer, you can check the status of your order directly here. Enter the required data in the fields below. After filling in the order number and your email address, click on "Send". A window will open in which you can see the status of your order.

To track your order, please enter the following information:

For example: QIIXJXNUI or QIIXJXNUI#1

Combining orders is not possible

  • It is not possible to merge several orders into one order (this also applies if you placed your orders within a short period of time or within one day). Each order has its own unique number.
  • Payment must be made for each order separately. It is not possible to pay for multiple orders at once.
  • We cannot ensure the delivery of several orders at the same time because the parcels are delivered by an external courier. Delivery of shipments and their order is the responsibility of the courier.

Your order may be canceled if the goods do not pass the exit inspection and we no longer have another spare piece/pair in any of our warehouses. We re-check every product before packing it for the customer.
