How to sign up
In the upper part of the EXIsport page, next to the Search field, there is a small stick figure icon - My Account.
After clicking on the icon, 2 options will be displayed - 2 windows: Log in into eshop and Create new account. To register, select the Create new account.
After filling in the email address, click Continue button and other fields will open for you to fill in. Fields marked with * are mandatory. Don't forget to tick the Agree with the Terms and Conditions.
After successful registration, a confirmation e-mail about the registration will be sent to your e-mail.

Order history
You can view the order history in your account, where you can find information about your orders, such as payment method, order status and invoice. You can additionally print the necessary invoice. In the detail section you will find exact information about your order.
My address
The billing and delivery address entered by you is located in the My address section. You can also add additional addresses that may be useful for sending donations or receiving an order at your office. To enter a new address, press the Add new address button.
My personal information
In the section Your personal information, the first and last name and e-mail entered by you are listed, which you can update. Here you can change your account password.
After the data has been successfully updated, a window will appear with the information Your personal data has been successfully updated.
My wishlist
Wishlist is a list of wishes. In our e-shop, after logging into your account, you can add your favourite products to your wishlist.
You can add women's and men's jackets, branded sneakers, hiking shoes, etc. to the wishlist.
The wishlist contains products that you have added there yourself, including the order number, product name, image and price. There is also an option to Add to Cart and Delete.
Subscribe to the newsletter
In this section, you can choose whether you want to receive newsletters and various special events from us by email.
Possibility to add several IBANs
In your account, you have the option to add several IBANs for the account numbers to which we will refund you in the event of a return. You can choose which specific account we will return the money to, if you have more than one.
How do I know if I'm currently signed in or signed out of my account?
If you are currently logged into your account, you can see your name next to the stick figure icon in the top right.
If you are a registered customer - the icon and name are green.
If you are also a loyal customer - the icon and name are blue.
If you are not currently logged in, you only see a stick figure in the top right. You can log into your account again by clicking on the stick figure icon.
