Have you purchased a product in our e-shop and would you like to claim it? We will advise you on how to proceed with a product complaint.
You can complain about the goods for the following reasons:
- the goods are damaged
- the goods are incomplete (some part of the goods is missing)
You can complain about the goods within 24 months from the delivery (delivery of the goods). After this deadline, it is not possible to claim the goods.
You can also complain about goods purchased in installments. In the case of a complaint, the same conditions apply as for goods purchased classically.
How to proceed with a product complaint
If you want to complain about goods, fill out the form - Form for complaints about goods. The address of the seller (our e-shop) is already filled in the form. The fields that must be filled in are listed in the form. Data such as the buyer's first and last name and the like can be entered directly into the form.

You will receive the invoice for the goods ordered through the e-shop by e-mail to the e-mail address you specified in the order. The online invoice contains all the necessary information about the order and the goods. The invoice contains both the order number and the invoice number. In the Branch section, it is indicated where the goods were sent to you, e.g. SK-37-BA means that the goods were sent from the EXIsport store, OC Central Bratislava. In the Form of transport section is the name of the transport company you chose when ordering, and in the Form of payment section is the form of payment, e.g. CardPay. The online invoice also contains information about the goods you ordered - order number, name of the goods, price, number of pieces of goods and total price for the goods.
The warranty period for all goods in our offer is 24 months. Claims can only be made on goods purchased on www.exisport.eu.
The warranty period begins on the day of receipt of the goods by the buyer. Make a claim immediately and without unnecessary delay and do not use the claimed product any further.
Do not send the goods on cash on delivery, because the carrier will return the package to you. The processing time of the application may be extended by the collection period intended for the storage of the package
The goods you want to claim:
- must be clean (should not be dirty)
- must be dry (do not send wet clothes or shoes)
After the goods you want to claim have been delivered to the head office in Košice, we will check the goods. We resolve complaints within 30 days. In the case of a defect that can be removed, the claim is terminated by handing over the repaired goods (removal of the defect). If the defect cannot be removed and the complaint is recognized as justified, we will send money to the customer.
