How to pay for the order

The goods you selected are in your "Shopping cart" in the upper right corner of our e-shop. After moving the mouse over the "Shopping cart" icon, a preview of the goods will be displayed. Continue to Check out.

For a successful order, it is necessary to fill in all mandatory fields in the order form as name, address and delivery method. 

At the bottom of the form you will find "Choose a payment method".  

Payment methods depend on country you choose to deliver your order to. It is necessary to think about a suitable payment method for you. We recommend choosing a payment method that you have used before and that you are familiar with the payment procedure.

Do not forget to confirm you agree with terms of service.

The only payment method that can be used to pay for an order is payment by card. It is free of charge.

Payment by payment card (CardPay online) VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club - Suitable for any bank. This payment method means that immediately after creating an order on our e-shop, the e-shop will redirect you to the virtual payment gateway. This is not a method of card payment to the courier upon delivery of the order!

Each bank operates a different method of two-step verification of payment. Do not forget to confirm each card payment according to the requirements of your bank. This increases security when paying by card.

Apple Pay - customers who use iPhone, iPad or Mac devices can already use this modern payment method in the Safari browser.

Paying with Apple Pay is faster and easier than accepting traditional credit or debit cards. You no longer have to look for your wallet and the right card in it, you can pay with a single click and confirm the payment via biometrics.

The Apple Pay service is implemented as part of the CardPay payment gateway (select the CardPay payment method in the shopping cart).

To pay with the Google Pay service, you must have a smartphone with the Android operating system version 5.0 or newer and have the Google Pay application installed.

Note: Payment via PayPal is not possible with us!

If you have filled out the entire form, selected the correct method of transport and payment, continue to the "I confirm my order" button.

How to pay via Card pay & Google Pay & Apple Pay

After selecting the payment method "CardPay, Apple Pay & Google Pay, Payment by bank card VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club. Apple Pay and Google Pay are part of the CardPay payment gateway" and sending the order, the e-shop will redirect you to the payment gateway:

Continue by entering your card number, card validity and CVC number.

!!! WARNING !!!

After arriving at the payment gateway, DO NOT CLOSE the browser tab/browser window or click on the "go to previous page" option. In this case, the payment gateway will not be able to complete the order process, it will delete the goods from your shopping cart and the order will not be completed.

What to do if the payment did not go through due to some error

During ordering, or payment for an online order, it may happen that the Internet "goes down", some technical error occurs or the payment does not go through for some reason. In this case, you no longer need to contact our customer center as before, but you can enter a request for repeated payment yourself - opening a new payment gateway.

How to submit a recurring payment request - Registered customer

After logging in to your account, select the "Order history" menu in the left menu. After clicking on a specific order (for which the payment did not go through), the "Send repay link" option will appear under the order number.

After confirming the "Send repay link" button, a payment summary will appear with a request for "Order with an obligation to pay" again. After clicking on it, it is necessary to fill in the card data again in the new payment gateway.

How to submit a recurring payment request - Unregistered customer - a guest


At the end of the order confirmation, which you received by email, there is a link "Guest Tracking", which you need to click on.

A new window will appear where you need to enter your order number and the email address you entered when ordering. After entering the data, confirm with the "Send" button.

What to do if an unwanted payment method was entered

If there is a problem with the payment, you can contact our customer service.

Combining orders is not possible

  • It is not possible to merge several orders into one order (this also applies if you placed your orders within a short period of time or within one day). Each order has its own unique number.
  • Payment must be made for each order separately. It is not possible to pay for multiple orders at once.
  • We cannot ensure the delivery of several orders at the same time because the parcels are delivered by an external courier. Delivery of shipments and their order is the responsibility of the courier.
