Your order may be canceled if the goods do not pass the exit inspection and we no longer have another spare piece/pair in any of our warehouses. We re-check every product before packing it for the customer. If the goods are damaged for some reason, we must cancel the order in order to deliver the goods in 100% condition and withdraw such goods from our offer.

We deliver each product either from our central warehouse or from an EXIsport stores. We provide information about the availability of the goods directly on our website, and every customer can find out where the goods are located before ordering.

If you receive an email from us that we are not sending you the goods because they did not pass inspection at the store, the goods are probably not in 100% condition, and therefore we cannot send them to you. We will agree with you by email or phone how to proceed further.

Cancellation of the order is in accordance with the terms and conditions. If the order is cancelled, the customer is always informed by email. If you have paid for your order in advance, you will receive an email informing you of the next step in how we will refund your money. Please read the instructions in the email so that we can return the payment for the canceled goods from your order as soon as possible. Please also check your spam tabs, in case you cannot find the cancellation email.

If the goods you are interested in are already sold out and it is not possible to order them, please take a look at the alternative goods, which many times meet the specifications of the canceled goods and can fully replace the goods you want.
