Tire brand Maxxis. The cycling tire has extended lugs to provide even more support. The center section has sloping leading edges for even more speed and slats to create a smooth transition when leaning the bike. The paddle-like protrusions on the middle part of the tread dig in during hard braking and help keep the bike under control.

The bicycle tire is ideal for aggressive riding and trails in difficult terrain. EXO Protection technology protects the tire from a puncture or other damage. Tubeless Ready technology - tubeless tire, provides better traction and lower rolling resistance. Pair it with the Minion DHF front tire and you have the perfect tire combination for maxi aggressive trail riding!

Maxxis 3C MaxxTerra

3C MaxxTerra technology - medium compound configuration used in selected mountain tires. 3C MaxxTerra is softer and offers more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed. At the same time, it provides less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip.

Maxxis EXO+ Protection

EXO+ Protection Technology - The EXO+ construction combines two of the best puncture protection materials: SilkShield and EXO. The SilkShield layer gradually passes through the entire tire layer and then the EXO layer along the sidewalls. The combination of these two materials creates EXO+, which improves tread puncture protection by 27%; sidewall resistance by 51%; and pinch puncture resistance by 28%.

Maxxis Tubeless Ready

Tubeless Ready (TR) - tubeless tire technology offers riders many advantages: the ability to run at lower air pressure, which improves traction; lower rolling resistance compared to a tube tyre; and less chance of flattening because there is no tube.
