Every customer of EXIsport, registered or not, has the opportunity to track the status of their order. You can thus check whether the order has been sent to you, whether it is being processed, etc.
There may be a situation where you want to cancel your order for some reason. Until now, you could do so by phone, for example, through our customer call center. The customer can now cancel the order himself.
We have launched a Loyalty Program for our customers, thanks to which they can enjoy various benefits related to it. The first advantage is loyalty prices. Everyone who signs up gets a virtual loyalty card with an original number, thanks to which he can claim loyalty prices.
Each customer can create their own account on the EXIsport website. A registered customer with his own account has the opportunity to view order history and details, can find out the status of the order and when he paid for the order. The account offers the possibility to download invoices related to orders.
Your order may be canceled if the goods do not pass the exit inspection and we no longer have another spare piece/pair in any of our warehouses. We re-check every product before packing it for the customer. If the goods are damaged for some reason, we must cancel the order in order to deliver the goods in 100% condition and withdraw such goods from our offer.
In the EXIsport e-shop, the products include alternative products and recommended product collections. In the basket, you can choose a recommended product that can be a great companion for your chosen sports activity. We will advise you where you can find nice collections or alternatives to your chosen products.
